Shipping/DeliveryAt Madison Creek, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail, email or phone. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by Fed-Ex at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our Sales Department at 406-777-2824. Basic Freight DeliveryAt Madison Creek, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping and handling charges are based on the value of the merchandise shipped to each address using the chart below. This chart to be used for all large furniture items.
DeliveryMost of our Freight deliveries are made in 7-10 business days. Service Deliveries are made to the door. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Someone must be present to accept delivery. Made to order Items require extra production time. Production time varies from vendor to vendor and is contingent on fabric and/or wood type availability. Once your order is submitted, a Customer Service Associate will call you to discuss the details of your Made To Order Item. Your delivery will be scheduled once your custom made item is received in our warehouse.Returns/Exchanges Customer Satisfaction At Madison Creek, we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below. Returns and ExchangesWithin 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any non-Furniture item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person at Madison Creek Furnishings. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please apply for an RMA# by calling 406-777-2824 or contacting us through email at sales@madisoncreekfurnishings.com Please have a copy of your receipt in-hand when calling or include invoice number with email. We will do our best to accommodate you. Any product returned without an RMA, with missing or damaged original contents, or false claims of damage or working condition will be assessed a minimum 20% restocking fee. If you are returning merchandise shipped via Basic Freight, Local In-Home Delivery, or Long Distance Home Delivery, please call us at 406-777-2824 for shipping instructions. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, write your RMA on the shipping label and mail it to: Madison Creek Important: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Furniture Collection Return/Exchange Policy At Madison Creek, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 406-777-2824 within 7 days. We will either refund or replace your furniture item.
